The website teacher-and-me.com (the “Site”) and the application it hosts are published by Mathieu Soysal, a natural person residing in France, on a non-professional basis.

Under Article 6, III, 2 of French Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, a publisher acting on a non-professional basis may withhold their postal address; the publisher does so, and their identification details are held by the hosting provider named below, as the law requires.

Intellectual property

The structure of the Site, its code, design, texts, illustrations, logo and the name “Teacher and Me” belong to the publisher and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. The domain name teacher-and-me.com is held by the publisher.

Reproducing, representing, adapting or exploiting all or part of the Site, by any means and on any medium, including with artificial-intelligence tools, is prohibited without the publisher’s prior written permission, except where the law allows it (in particular short quotations with a link to the source). The terms that apply to crawlers and AI tools are published at teacher-and-me.com/llms.txt.

Paths, lessons, exercises and other content created by tutors remain their authors’ property, under the terms of service.

Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data by the Site, the cookies and other trackers it uses, and your rights are described in the privacy policy.

Reporting illegal content

The Site hosts content published by its users (paths, exercises, comments in the public catalogue). Under Article 6, I, 5 of the French law of 21 June 2004, you can report any content you believe to be illegal to contact@teacher-and-me.com, stating: the date of the report, your surname, first name and e-mail address, the address and a description of the content, the factual and legal grounds for its removal and, where applicable, a copy of the correspondence sent to its author. Paths in the public catalogue can also be reported from within the application.

Links

The Site links to third-party websites, in particular Ko-fi for donations, YouTube for the videos tutors link to their exercises and Google for sign-in. The publisher has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices. You may link to the Site as long as the link does not damage its image.

Free of charge, donations

The Site is free and offers no paid plan. It can be supported by voluntary donations on the Ko-fi platform (Ko-fi Labs Limited, United Kingdom) at ko-fi.com/teacher_and_me. Payments are made on that platform under its own terms; the publisher collects no payment data.

Governing law

The Site and this legal notice are governed by French law.
